Museum getting a face lift

Renovations of the Queenstown and Frontier Museum are currently underway; The Rep reported ( “Museum closed for renovations “ June 30 2017) that the project was being funded by the provincial department of sport, recreation, arts and culture (Dsrac) contracted to the public works department.

Curator, Tobile Mdlela, indicated that while the renovations are underway, the staff would be operating from the district department of sport and recreation office in Robinson Road. The roof, ceilings, wall cracks and the windows will all be revamped.
