THE Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality has indicated that it will be implementing loadshedding in an attempt to alleviate the load on the power supply system in the municipal area.
Spokesman Gcobani Msindwana said the loadshedding, which affected the areas of Parkvale and Victoria Park until 8pm last night, was necessary to relieve overloading on the system.
Msindwana said a schedule indicating the areas and times of loadshedding would be made available today for easy referencing.
“Our electricians are trying by all means to balance the power supply to all our communities.”
