The Xonxa Dam supply pipeline, which was supposed to have been handed over to the Chris Hani District Municipality last month, has been delayed due to a labour dispute.
The pipeline is desperately needed to augment the water supply to Komani and surrounding areas which is currently reliant on the Waterdown Dam only as the Bonkolo Dam level is below measurable level.
