The South African Police Services have embarked on a process to re-enlist former police officers.
Applications from former members with the ranks of Constable, Sergeant and Warrant Officer have been invited, police said in a statmement earlier today.
Successful candidates are to be re-enlisted in the ranks they previously held in the SAPS and will be remunerated on the minimum salary notch applicable to the relevant rank.
Adverts have been placed in the Sunday Times, Rapport and City Press or go to the police website on www.saps.gov.za under the heading ‘Careers’.
