Local families are invited to join other shoppers at Nonesi Mall for Easter Village, a fun-filled event of art and craft competitions, treasure hunts and an Easter Bunny dishing out Easter eggs, the first of its kind in Komani.
The Easter Village which is taking place at the mall’s Woolworths Court began yesterday and is set to end tomorrow.
Visitors to Easter Village will also get to take photographs to top up their colourful, fun experience.
Nonesi Mall marketing manager, Zanda Twala, said the initiative came after the panic that was provoked by the recent fire at the mall.
“We thought of a nice way to treat our shoppers. Easter time is a time when we should let our hair down and relax. The Fire Chief as well as the engineers of the mall have declared that the mall is safe for use. The Easter Village has been planned in such a way that it may provide some entertainment for the entire family. No one needs to be bored this Easter,” Twala enthused.
