A driver watched helplessly as his car was being swept away by a flooded Komani River after he had apparently forgotten to pull up the handbrake.
The dramatic scene unfolded near the intermodel taxi rank earlier today. Onlookers said the car rolled from a parking bay into the river. When The Rep reporter arrived at the crowded scene the car was being towed out of the river where the crestfallen driver morbidly watching.
