Outraged residents in parts of Mlungisi who have been without electricity for three days have barricaded Pelem Road with burning tyres restricting motorists from passing this evening.
Speaking to The Rep, community members said there has been no form of communication from the municipality and have embarked on the protest action for power to be restored.
