Dr. AB Xuma Local Municipality has issued a mini statement regarding a building that partially collapsed on the R61 Main Road today. According to the statement, Honourable Mayor, Cllr Siyabulela Zangqa and Chief Whip, Cllr Nobuntu Mgidi with other members of the Executive Committee rushed to the partially collapsed building. Emergency personnel are conducting rescue efforts and patients are rushed to hospital.
