LA RUMBA Events Management will bring residents and holidaymakers the sixth annual Kings and Queens Home Coming Music Festival (#KQMF16) next month.
It will feature East London- born Metro FM Awards and South African Music Awards nominee Mobi Dixon at Victoria Manor.
Event marketing and brand ambassador Ndumiso Ntabeni said the #KQMF will, for the first time, have a pre-party outside Komani at the Indwe Resort on Christmas Eve.
“In addition, the event organisers have partnered with Nonesi Mall to bring the people of Komani a festive fun day, [with] entertainment for the whole family,” Ntabeni said.
“The proposed dates, December 11 and 17, coincide with school closing and Christmas shopping time.
“#KQMF16 brings you a DJ and music producer who eats, sleeps and breathes music.
“He has dominated dance floors countrywide and internationally since his platinum-selling album Tribal Soul,” he said.
Dixon has performed in Manchester in the UK, where he hosted two parties last year.
He has just released a brand new album, Live the Music
#KQMF has become Dix-on’s flagship annual event, Ntabeni said.
Tickets are available at Computicket and Shoprite Checkers for R100 until November 30, thereafter going up to R150.
