BREAKERS fell short in their opening match of the Eastern Cape Super 12 competition. The Mlungisi side only had themselves to blame after going down 25-18 against Cambridge.
Breakers will face Gardens in Uitenhage this weekend.

Swallows defeated Gardens 16-12 in a closely contested match while Spring Rose got the better of Parks away from home. Rose beat their rivals 22-17.
Progress made light work of Despatch, winning 26-14 at home.
Walter Sisulu All Blacks got off to a flyer as they defeated Harlequins 14-12 away in Port Elizabeth.
East London Police got the shock of their lives when they were beaten 10-7 by Buffs in East London.
Other matches have Cambridge at home to Parks while Harlequins make the short trip to Despatch with WSU taking on EL Police. Buffs travel to Uitenhage to play against Progress.
