A FAULTY electrical cable which left a large section of the Komani CBD without power on Saturday, has been repaired.
Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality spokesman Gcobani Msindwana said the fault had occurred at the Ebden Street substation. The Life Health Private Hospital and surrounding businesses were affected.
Msindwana said technical services excavated in the area and rectified the problem. The power was restored late yesterday.
