MISSING: The familty of Philasande Nogela, 19, is asking people to help look for him. Nogela was last seen a Royal Capital High School uniform, a dark blazer with blue accents, grey pants and black shoes on March 14. DA councillor Zuko Mandile said the party helped the family to look for their loved one because it was important for communities to stand together at a time of need and urged everyone to join in the search.
