A 55-year-old Komani man died after the light aircraft he was flying crashed in the district over the weekend.
Police spokesman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said the man had taken a relative for a lfight early this morning.
He was fatally injured in the crash while the relative was in a critical condition.
The pilot’s name will be released after his next of kin has been informed. – Rep reporter
