The road between Elliot and Ugie was closed by protesting construction workers today.
The workers who work on the road’s stop-and-go section, erected as as part of roadworks in the area, blockaded it and prevented traffic flow. It is not yet known if the workers have dispersed or whether the road is open for use. Motorists are urge to proceed with caution in the area Picture: SUPPLIED
